Initial business setup
- Institution name and business contact
- Direct work phone and email
- General city or service region
- General collateral class
- Coverage, credential, reporting, or specialty-review question
Information held for the approved channel
Do not submit a VIN, account number, debtor name, exact collateral location, court document, access credential, or other protected assignment information through a public form or general email.
Operational questions worth resolving
- Who is authorized to transmit the assignment?
- What status and escalation process does the client require?
- What documentation should return to the lender file?
- Where should recovered collateral move next?
- Does the unit require specialized access, transport, storage, or release coordination?
